3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds

• If we cancel a session, you can choose between a rescheduled session or a full refund.

• Refunds for duplicate payments or technical issues will be processed within 7–10 working days.

Workshops & Programs

• For multi-session programs, once started, no partial refunds will be offered.
